Processing Time

In stock orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

 

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time; details will be communicated upon purchase. Please anticipate time to create your garment.

Shipping Methods

I ship through Canada Post and standard shipping will be offered at checkout. If you require express shipping options, please contact me for arrangements. Extra shipping costs will be charged.

Shipping Costs

​Shipping costs vary based on the selected shipping method, package weight, destination, and any promotions or discounts applied during checkout. Canada post offers a standard shipping box which costs $16, I will use this, but charge you, the purchaser, $10 as I hate paying shipping as much as you! 

​

Beanie orders over $60 will be free.

Free shipping available for all other orders exceeding $200.

 

Delivery Times​

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays beyond our control.

 

Local Pick up

​Once you place your order, select Local pick up. You will receive an e-mail from me with details for pick up, including address, and when it will be ready. 

 

Shipping Restrictions

​We comply with all international shipping regulations and do not cover any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to international orders.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation and assist in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.

 

Returns due to Shipping Issues

​If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

 

Holiday Shipping

​During peak seasons or holidays, please anticipate potential delays in shipping due to increased order volumes and carrier limitations. I will communicate any delays as they come up.

Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Plume Designs for your ribbon skirt needs. We strive to provide high-quality, handmade garments that you'll cherish. Please review our return policy below:

 

**Eligibility for Returns:**
   - Returns are accepted for pre-made ribbon skirts within 14 days of receiving your order.
   - Custom orders, personalized or made-to-measure items are non-returnable, as they are crafted to your specific requirements.

 

**Condition of Returned Items:**
   - Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
   - Any signs of wear, alterations, or damage may result in the denial of the return.

 

**Initiating a Return:**
   - To initiate a return for a pre-made ribbon skirt, please contact us  within 14 days of receiving your order.
   - Clearly state the reason for your return and provide your order number.

 

**Return Shipping:**
   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
   - We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

 

**Refund Process:**
   - Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   - If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 4 business days.

 

**Cancellation Policy:**
   - Custom orders cannot be canceled once the production process has started. Pre-made orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
